There are no provisions for pre-sale inspection of property unless specifically noted.

The removal of all property is the responsibility of the successful bidder. The County does not ship. The successful bidder is required to bring an adequate vehicle to transport assets, the required tools, etc. to successfully remove their item(s) from County property. Jefferson County employees are unable to provide assistance disassembling, loading or providing the necessary tools to perform such tasks. Any successful bidder who does not take possession of the asset acquired via the online auction within 10 business days of bid approval will not be refunded and the equipment will be relisted in a subsequent auction.  Additional terms and conditions can be found by using the same link that was used to access the live auction.
